We provide nationwide delivery across all major districts, cities, and sub-districts.
Depending on your exact area, deliveries may be made directly to your physical address or to the nearest hub of our trusted logistics partners (such as Pathao Courier or other registered carriers).
To guarantee a completely safe shopping experience, we enforce an explicit verification rule when your package arrives:
Unboxing Video: We strongly advise all customers to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment they open the courier's outer packaging. This provides ironclad proof in case an item is missing or damaged during transit.
Physical Damage Check: Check the outer seal of the package before accepting it. If the security tape or package appears heavily crushed or tampered with, refuse the delivery immediately and contact us.
Our delivery partners will make up to 2–3 attempts to contact you and complete the delivery.
If you are unavailable, the courier will coordinate via your registered contact number to schedule an alternative timing or designate an authorized person to accept the package on your behalf.
If all delivery attempts fail due to customer unreachability or an invalid address, the shipment will return to our center. Reshipping the item will incur additional delivery charges.
For security reasons, especially involving high-value electronics and smartphones:
The delivery agent may request a verification OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered phone number or require a signature on the delivery slip upon handing over the product.
Once the product is successfully signed for or the verification OTP is provided, ownership and product responsibility transfer fully to the customer.
