1. What is a Pre-order?

• A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that has been announced but is not yet available in stock or released to the general public.

• Pre-ordering guarantees that a unit will be reserved for you from our incoming shipment stock.

2. Payment Terms

To secure a pre-order item, you must complete the payment at checkout. We support flexible options depending on the campaign:

• Full Advance Payment: Payment of the full product price at the time of placing the pre-order.

• Partial/Booking Amount: A specific non-refundable deposit to hold the item, with the remaining balance due right before the product ships.

3. Estimated Release and Delivery Dates

An **Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)** or release date is displayed clearly on each pre-order product page. Please note:

• ETAs are provided directly by manufacturing or shipping partners and are approximations.

• While we make every effort to deliver on time, unforeseen supply chain delays, customs clearance issues, or global shipping bottlenecks can cause dates to shift.

• Once the inventory arrives at our local warehouse, we will ship the orders following the timelines in our standard Shipping Policy.

4. Order Modification and Combined Shipments

• If your order contains both regular in-stock items and pre-order items, we will typically hold the entire order and ship them together once the pre-order item arrives.

• If you prefer to get your in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that wait times can change your plans. Pre-order cancellation rules are as follows:

• You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund anytime **before** the item is packed and ready for shipping.

• If a product launch is permanently cancelled by the manufacturer, we will issue an immediate, full refund to your original payment method.

6. Pricing Modifications

The price displayed at the time of your pre-order is guaranteed. If the official retail price increases after launch, you will not be charged any extra fees. However, if the price drops at launch, we will adjust your balance or refund you the difference.
